- - -- - - dass die Ehren, die verliehen wurden dem Volk undden Richtern und ihrem Sekretär durch diesenBeschluss, im Theater verkündet werden durch die Festspielleiter,wenn sie das nächste Mal die Spiele der Dionysienund Seleukeia ausrichten; dass man auch einenGesandten bestimme, der den Koern diesen Beschluss übergibtund sie bittet, Sorge dafür zu tragen,dass die dem Volk und den Richtern und demSekretär verliehenen Ehren bei ihnen an denSpielen verkündet und dieser Beschluss,aufgezeichnet auf eine Stele, geweiht werde, wo esdas Volk der Koer beschließe; die Strategen, die imzweiten Jahresdrittel unter dem auf Hermodoros folgendenTempelpfleger im Amt sein werden, sollen in dem Beschlussüber den Haushalt formulieren, woherdie Mittel bestimmt werden sollen für die Stele, auf diedieser Beschluss auch bei uns aufgeschrieben und aufgestellt werde,wo es das Volk beschließe. Das soll zählen (zur Kategorie) „zum Schutzder Stadt“. Als Gesandter wurde bestimmt:Autonomos S.d. Phylarchos.
- - -- - - the honors given to the people andthe judges and their secretary in keeping with this de-cree are to be proclaimed in the theater by the agonotheteswhen they next hold the contests of the Dionysieiaand Seleukeia; and to designatean ambassador who will deliver this decree to the Koansand call upon them to see to itthat the honors given to the people and thejudges and their scretary are proclaimed amongthem at the contests and that this decree is inscribedon a stele and erected wherever it seem best to the peopleof the Koans; the generals who are in officein the second trimester under the sacral-administratorwho will succeed Hermodorosare to include this in the decree concerning administration, wherebyfunds will be reserved for a stele on which to in-scribe this decree and erect it among uswherever the people may decide; these things are to be (registered under)“for protection of the city”.
